Wegens een aankomend pensioen, zijn ze momenteel op zoek naar een Maintenance Manager in regio Dendermonde, die dankzij zijn/haar technische passie een verschil kan maken in een hoogtechnologische omgeving.

Functieomschrijving

Maintenance Manager

  • Je coördineert het volledige onderhoudsproces en stuurt een team van onderhoudstechnici aan, waarbij je prioriteiten bepaalt, middelen efficiënt inzet en toeziet op een kwalitatieve en veilige uitvoering van alle werkzaamheden.
  • Je trekt technische projecten van idee tot implementatie, begeleidt investeringen aan installaties en infrastructuur en werkt daarbij nauw samen met operationele stakeholders om duurzame verbeteringen te realiseren.
  • Je versterkt het safety- en assetbeheer door het veiligheidsprogramma verder uit te bouwen, het magazijn voor wisselstukken te optimaliseren en onderhoudsbudgetten zorgvuldig op te volgen.

Maintenance Manager

  • Je hebt een Bachelor/Master, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Min 5 jaar relevante werkervaring
