The posting

De Maintenance & Process Engineer (Metal Fabrication) ondersteunt de productieafdeling onderdelenproductie en specialiseert zich in de bijhorende machines en installaties. Hij/zij fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen vanuit productie, onderhoud en engineering.

Er wordt gewerkt met geavanceerde en sterk geautomatiseerde CNC-machines en industriële robots. Metalen platen, coils en buizen worden verwerkt via diverse pons-, laser-, plooi- en lastechnologieën. Daarbij komt men in aanraking met verschillende machinesturingen van toonaangevende merken zoals Trumpf, Prima Power, Valk Welding, Fanuc en Pivatic.

De functie vereist een grondige beheersing van fijnmechanische afstellingen en softwarematige procesparameters. Hydraulische, pneumatische en elektrische sturingen van complexe machines zijn vertrouwd terrein. Daarnaast is er interesse in en/of affiniteit met robotprogrammatie.

De Maintenance & Process Engineer neemt een centrale rol op tussen verschillende diensten en bewaart het overzicht bij technische problemen. In overleg worden prioriteiten bepaald en wordt een gestructureerde aanpak gehanteerd. Er wordt proactief gecommuniceerd en doelgericht samengewerkt met de interne technische dienst en externe leveranciers om duurzame oplossingen te realiseren. Hij/zij draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de technische conditie en optimalisatie van het machinepark.

  • 50% – Ondersteuning bij technische storingen
  • 25% – CNC- en robotprogrammatie
  • 15% – Kwaliteitsopvolging
  • 10% – Administratie en organisatie
  • Het bedrijf zoekt een collega die continu wil groeien en zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen een technisch uitdagende omgeving.
  • Je hebt een hogere technische opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • je hebt een eerste werkervaring, bijvoorbeeld als maintenance engineer
  • Klaar om door te groeien naar een functie met meer verantwoordelijkheid en complexere technische uitdagingen
  • Analytisch sterk, hands-on ingesteld en communicatief vaardig
  • Interesse in automatisering en robotica
