The posting

Als Reliability Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren, optimaliseren en verbeteren van technische installaties en onderhoudsprocessen. Je combineert technische expertise met data-analyse om structurele verbeteringen door te voeren en stilstanden te minimaliseren.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Actief betrokken zijn bij investerings- en engineeringprojecten met aandacht voor standaardisatie, onderhoudbaarheid en lange termijn betrouwbaarheid.
  • Ontwikkelen, implementeren en optimaliseren van onderhoudsstrategieën op basis van methodieken zoals RCM, RCA en FMEA.
  • Bepalen en beheren van kritische spare parts om de beschikbaarheid van installaties te garanderen.
  • Analyseren van onderhouds- en procesdata om efficiëntieverliezen en verbeterkansen te detecteren.
  • Initiëren en begeleiden van verbeterprojecten in samenwerking met maintenance, engineering en operations.
  • Onderzoeken van terugkerende storingen en implementeren van structurele oplossingen volgens het principe "First Time Right".
  • Uitvoeren van technische root cause analyses bij storingen, defecten en incidenten.
  • Adviseren en ondersteunen van collega's als technisch expert binnen jouw vakgebied.
  • Bijdragen aan initiatieven rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu.
  • Monitoren van prestaties van installaties en formuleren van aanbevelingen voor verdere optimalisatie.
  • Masterdiploma in Industriële Wetenschappen, Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van reliability- en onderhoudsmethodieken zoals RCM, RCA en FMEA.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met data-analyse.
  • Ervaring met SAP, onderhoudssoftware of ERP-systemen is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van Lean Manufacturing of Green Belt-certificering is een extra troef.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, resultaatgericht en neemt ownership over projecten.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en kan vlot samenwerken met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je denkt kritisch mee en bent voortdurend op zoek naar verbeteringen.
