Maintenance Supervisor

Ben jij technisch sterk, hou je graag het overzicht én krijg je energie van een team dat goed draait? Als Maintenance Supervisor combineer je techniek, coaching en verbetering. Jij zorgt ervoor dat machines en installaties betrouwbaar blijven én dat het maintenance team efficiënt kan werken.

Wat ga je doen?

Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding over maintenance en bepaalt samen met het team waar de prioriteiten liggen.

Concreet:

  • je coördineert het preventief en curatief onderhoud;
  • je stuurt verschillende techniekers, een maintenance engineer en administratieve ondersteuning aan;
  • je analyseert storingen en stuurt op KPI’s;
  • je zoekt naar structurele oplossingen voor terugkerende pannes;
  • je plant werkzaamheden en ondersteunt techniekers bij complexere problemen;
  • je volgt wisselstukken, onderhoudscontracten, contractors en het maintenancebudget op;
  • je bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit en technische keuringen;
  • je trekt verbeterprojecten die stilstanden en onderhoudskosten helpen verminderen.

Wat breng je mee?

Je beschikt over een brede technische kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, automatisatie en/of HVAC, opgebouwd via een technische opleiding of relevante ervaring.

Daarnaast:

  • kan je technische problemen analyseren en prioriteiten bepalen;
  • organiseer en communiceer je duidelijk;
  • coach je collega's op een constructieve manier;
  • werk je resultaatgericht en neem je verantwoordelijkheid;
  • kan je met onderhoudssystemen en courante Office-toepassingen werken;
  • ben je, wanneer de werking dit vraagt, beschikbaar om af te stemmen met de nachtploeg.

Voor de samenwerking met teams en externe partners kan je professioneel communiceren in Nederlands en Frans. Basiskennis Engels is een plus.

Ervaring binnen voeding of een vergelijkbare productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
