As team leader, you make sure our snack lines keep running, coach a team of skilled technicians and keep an eye on safety, quality and innovation. Open all Your responsibilities as As Maintenance Team Leader you keep our production lines running smoothly. You lead a daily team of maintenance mechanics, technicians and contractors (15 FTE). Together you fix breakdowns quickly and safely and make sure preventive maintenance runs on schedule. You have a sharp eye for safety and quality. You play an active role in developing your team. You're constantly working on improving processes. Your technical know-how and leadership help you set the right priorities and make decisions under pressure. A taste of what you'll do: - Leading, coaching and developing your team; - Coordinating and prioritising breakdowns and maintenance work; - Ensuring safety and quality guidelines are followed; - Monitoring and optimising maintenance plans and KPIs (such as downtime, MTTR and MTBF); - Working closely with production, QA, suppliers and external partners; - Reporting on performance and advising on improvements and investments. What you bring to the mix - You have a completed mbo-4 qualification in a technical field; - You have proven experience in leading and developing technical teams; - You have experience with technical maintenance in a production environment; - You have strong communication skills and a coaching leadership style; - You are organised, decisive and have a coaching leadership style; - You have knowledge of maintenance systems (e.g. Rimses) and relevant safety, health and environmental laws and regulations.
