Werken bij Quooker Maintenance technician | 2-ploegen - Op locatie - - Ridderkerk - Engineering Los jij elke technische puzzel op in ons unieke machinepark? Jij maakt Quooker - omdat jij energie krijgt van werken in een zelf ontwikkeld machinepark waar onze producten geassembleerd en getest worden. - met jouw technisch inzicht kunnen we actie nemen voordat een storing leidt tot productieverlies. - omdat jij graag zelfstandig werkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor een betrouwbaar draaiend machinepark. Jouw werkomgeving is uniek , je werkt in een pand waar zowel de machines door ons worden ontwikkeld als waar ook de assemblage plaats vindt van al onze producten. Samen met collega's zorg je ervoor dat de productieprocessen in onze fabriek soepel blijven verlopen. Het is jouw rol om storingen te beoordelen, op te lossen, te analyseren en vast te leggen. Samen met de collega's van Production heb jij dagelijks overleg over de prioriteiten van die dag. Quooker groeit hard en daardoor tref je een breed scala aan zelf ontwikkelde machines met verschillende moderne technieken. Geen dag is hetzelfde, eenvoudige en complexe storingen wisselen elkaar af. Jij vindt het een uitdaging om te onderzoeken waardoor de storing wordt veroorzaakt en hoe deze voorkomen kan worden. Die puzzel is aan jou besteed. Je bent benaderbaar en zorgt dat storingen op het juiste moment worden opgepa kt. Je voelt de waardering als je een storing hebt opgelost: jouw collega's kunnen weer verder werken. Naast het onderzoeken en verhelpen van storingen, is er ook tijd vrij om mee te denken in het structureel verbeteren van ons machinepark en onderhoudsplan. Je werktijden zijn van 06:00 tot 14:30 uur en van 14:30 tot 23:00 uur. Wat mag je van ons verwachten? - Boven op je salaris ontvang je nog een ploegentoeslag van 13,3%. - Een cultuur waar jij centraal staat doordat we waardering & feedback durven uit te spreken zodat je precies weet waar je aan toe bent....
