Als Make-up-Verantwortliche:r. Du hast ein Gespür für Make-up, Trends und Kund:innenwünsche und möchtest deine eigene Abteilung aktiv mitgestalten? Für unsere NORMAL-Filiale in der Mariahilfer Straße suchen wir eine engagierte Make-up-Verantwortliche:r, die den Make-up-Bereich im täglichen Filialbetrieb eigenständig betreut und weiterentwickelt.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Eigenständige Betreuung und Verantwortung für die Make-up-Abteilung.

* Aktive Steigerung der Umsätze durch eine attraktive, verkaufsorientierte Betreuung des Sortiments.

* Laufende Beobachtung der Verkaufsentwicklung.

* Tägliches Auffüllen und ansprechendes Präsentieren der Ware.

* Tägliches Warenbestandsmanagement und Sicherstellung einer guten Warenverfügbarkeit.

* Kontrolle von Beständen, Fehlmengen und Auffälligkeiten im Sortiment.

* Kompetente, freundliche und aktive Beratung unserer Kund:innen rund um das Make-up-Sortiment.

* Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und einem gepflegten Erscheinungsbild der gesamten Make-up-Abteilung.

Das bringst du mit:

* Großes Interesse an Make-up, Beauty-Produkten und aktuellen Trends.

* Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.

* Gutes Gespür für Umsatz, Warenbestände und verkaufsstarke Produktpräsentation.

* Ordnungssinn, Zuverlässigkeit und ein Auge fürs Detail.

* Freundliches, offenes Auftreten und Freude an der Arbeit im Team.

Deine Rolle bei NORMAL:

In dieser Position bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson für den Make-up-Bereich in deiner Filiale. Dein Fokus liegt darauf, dass die Abteilung jederzeit gut gefüllt, sauber und attraktiv präsentiert ist. Weiters sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Kund:innen kompetent beraten werden und sich der Umsatz im Make-up-Bereich positiv entwickelt.
