Das Stift Klosterneuburg wurde 1114 gegründet und 1133 den Augustiner-Chorherren übergeben, um ein religiöses, soziales und kulturelles Zentrum zu bilden. Das Stift ist heute ein wichtiger kulturtouristischer Faktor mit mehr als 100.000 Besucher:innen pro Jahr, eine religiöse und soziale Institution und ein bedeutender Wirtschaftsbetrieb mit einem renommierten Immobilienbesitz in Wien und Niederösterreich.

Gesucht wird ab sofort ein/e 1 Maler- und Beschichtungstechniker/in Ihre Aufgaben:

* Fachgerechte Durchführung von Maler- und Lackierarbeiten im Innen- und Außenbereich

* Renovierungs- und Sanierungsarbeiten sowie kleinere Putz- und Ausbesserungsarbeiten

* Vorbereitungs- und Abdeckarbeiten vor Beginn der Malertätigkeit

* Vorbereitung der Oberflächen (Entfernen von alten Beschichtungen, Reinigen, Spachteln, Schleifen, Grundieren)

* Lackieren unterschiedlicher Oberflächen

* Verlegen bzw. Anbringen von Wand-, Decken- und Bodenbelägen (Tapete, Glasvlies, Parkett, Laminat, Teppichböden, ...)

* Schleifen und Versiegeln von Bodenbelägen

* Anfertigen von kleineren Reparaturverglasungen und Verkittungen

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Lehre als Maler:in bzw. Beschichtungstechniker:in

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Handwerkliches und gestalterisches Geschick

* Selbstständige, saubere und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Schwindelfreiheit

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse (Kundenkontakt)

* Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Hands-On-Mentalität

* Einsatzbereitschaft und Verlässlichkeit

* Führerschein B
