Als Management Assistant in Waregem ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen de organisatie en ondersteun je verschillende afdelingen.

  • Boekhouding & debiteurenbeheer:?je staat in voor het opvolgen van debiteuren.
  • Personeelsadministratie:?je ondersteunt de personeelsafdeling bij onder meer het aanmaken van toegangsbadges, fleetbeheer, aanwezigheden, interne personeels- en opleidingsplanning, policies en het arbeidsreglement.
  • Sales & klantencontact:?je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor een portefeuille van KMO-klanten en ondersteunt hen bij vragen en de verdere opvolging en aftercare.

Wie zoeken wij voor deze job?

  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede basiskennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office; kennis van Odoo of Officient is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent administratief en cijfermatig sterk en werkt gestructureerd.
  • Je gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je bent sociaal, klantgericht en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken en contacten.
