Je werkt nauw samen met de zaakvoerders en het managementteam . Je biedt hen versterking, zowel op administratief als commercieel vlak. Bovendien schrik je er niet voor terug om ook strategisch mee te denken op management niveau. In alles wat je doet, streef je naar efficiëntie en perfectie . Vind je dat een bepaald proces kan geoptimaliseerd worden? Dan durf je dit aan te kaarten én actie te ondernemen.

●Je ondersteunt de zaakvoerders en het managementteam in zeer uiteenlopende taken.

●Je trekt en volgt een aantal dossiers zelf op: verzekeringen, subsidiedossiers, optimalisatie, personeelsbeleid, wagenpark, telefonie …

● Je neemt de bedrijfsprocessen van A tot Z onder de loep en streeft steeds naar optimalisatie. Je hebt een black belt in Lean of bent bereid om hiervoor de nodige opleidingen te volgen.

● Je bepaalt mee het juiste ERP-pakket en werkt mee aan de implementatie ervan.

● Je bent vlot 3-talig (NL, FR, ENG).

● Je hebt minimum een Master/Bachelor diploma op zak of equivalent door ervaring in een richting die getuigt dat je analytisch ingesteld bent.

● Je kan goed overweg met het volledige M icrosoft Office pakket. Vooral excel kent voor jou geen geheimen. Je laat er graag je analytische geest op los.

● Je denkt en handelt proactief, bent positief ingesteld en gaat uiterst professioneel te werk.

● Je hebt al enkele jaren werk- en levenservaring op de teller, of bent een pas afgestudeerde master met veel drive, maturiteit en een duidelijke visie.

● Je bent assertief, maar je kan je evenzeer discreet en diplomatisch opstellen.

● In je communicatie laat je zien dat collega’s, leveranciers en klanten op je kunnen rekenen, je straalt vertrouwen uit.

● Je bent stressbestendig, ook als je moet multitasken.

● Efficiënt organiseren en coördineren zitten in je natuur.
