Management Assistent Wonen Detachering Vast 32 - 36 uur 36 - 40 uur Woningcorporaties Leuke tijdelijke opdracht in Amsterdam! Vier maanden instappen. Misschien wel veel langer blijven. Midden in de stad, in een prachtig pand om de hoek bij Artis, vind je een organisatie waar de sfeer informeel, prettig en inclusief is. De koffie is goed, de sfeer misschien nog wel beter. Als Managementassistent ondersteun je de directeur en managers en zorg je dat agenda's, vergaderingen, stukken en acties soepel verlopen. Je werkt samen met drie andere Managementassistenten: jullie zoeken elkaar op en nemen waar nodig van elkaar over, maar hebben ieder een eigen focusgebied. De functie is voor 36 uur, voor 4 maanden en daarna een vast contract. Wat ga je doen? Jij bent zo iemand die blij wordt van overzicht. Van een agenda die klopt, een vergadering die goed is voorbereid en actiepunten die niet drie weken later nog ergens onderaan een notulenlijst bungelen. Als Managementassistent ondersteun je een directeur en meerdere managers. Je denkt vooruit, houdt in de gaten wat eraan komt en zorgt dat zij hun werk goed kunnen doen. Soms betekent dat vooruit plannen en structureren, soms juist snel schakelen omdat de dag ineens anders loopt dan gedacht. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het beheren van agenda's en bewaken van afspraken en acties - het voorbereiden van vergaderingen en verzamelen en verspreiden van stukken - notuleren en bijhouden van actie- en besluitenlijsten - bewaken dat stukken en actiepunten op tijd worden aangeleverd - zelfstandig afhandelen van e-mails en andere correspondentie - beheren en archiveren van documenten en dossiers - ontvangen en verder helpen van bezoekers - ondersteunen bij afdelingsactiviteiten, events en projecten.
