Dit ga je doen Sommige functies draaien om plannen, organiseren en ondersteunen. Deze functie gaat over méér dan dat. Als Managementassistent ondersteun je een team dat zich inzet voor inwoners die zijn geraakt door het Toeslagenschandaal. Achter iedere afspraak die jij organiseert, iedere mailbox die jij beheert en iedere bijeenkomst die jij voorbereidt, schuilt een groter doel: bijdragen aan een overheid die luistert, ondersteunt en vertrouwen terugwint. In deze rol ben jij samen met een collega de onmisbare steunpilaar voor 6 en later 7 teammanagers van Toeslagen010. Je zorgt ervoor dat zij hun aandacht kunnen richten op hun maatschappelijke opdracht, terwijl jij ervoor zorgt dat alles daaromheen soepel verloopt. Dankzij jouw overzicht, vooruitziende blik en organisatietalent blijft de dagelijkse operatie draaien, ook wanneer de dynamiek hoog is en prioriteiten snel veranderen. Je begint je dag met het doornemen van agenda's, afspraken en mailboxen. Je ziet direct wat aandacht nodig heeft en onderneemt actie voordat anderen daarom hoeven te vragen. Je plant overleggen, stemt af met betrokkenen en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen beschikt over de juiste informatie. Ondertussen houd je rekening met verschillende belangen, urgente vraagstukken en veranderende omstandigheden. Gedurende de dag schakel je met managers, collega's en interne partners. Je organiseert bijeenkomsten van begin tot eind, reserveert ruimtes, regelt faciliteiten en zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd is. Tijdens overleggen verzamel je agendapunten, stel je agenda's op en zorg je voor een heldere verslaglegging, zodat gemaakte afspraken daadwerkelijk worden opgevolgd.
