Dit ga je doen Als Managementassistent bij Vebego ben jij - samen met je collega's van het Board Support Team - een onmisbare schakel in de ondersteuning van de Board of Directors en andere stakeholders. Je rapporteert aan de Manager Board Support. Je takenpakket als Managementassistent is breed: - Je beheert proactief complexe agenda's en mailboxen, signaleert knelpunten en acteert hier tijdig op. Je anticipeert op wat er speelt en neemt zelf initiatief om zaken te organiseren en af te stemmen, zodat alles soepel en tijdig verloopt. - Je bewaakt actielijsten voor je stakeholder(s), bespreekt acties en lost op wat kan. - Je bent een verbindende schakel en zorgt ervoor dat informatie op de juiste plek in de organisatie terechtkomt, vaak nog voordat hier expliciet om gevraagd wordt. - Je ondersteunt bij grotere projecten, waarbij je informatie verzamelt, structuur aanbrengt en/of de organisatorische kant voor je rekening neemt. - Je pakt zelfstandig projectmatige werkzaamheden op en realiseert deze van A tot Z, waarbij je planning, afstemming en uitvoering regelt, zoals het organiseren van bijeenkomsten, (buitenlandse) reizen en events.
