Je houdt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en zorgt dat processen soepel verlopen. WAT GA JE DOEN? Als managementassistent vervul je een belangrijke rol binnen onze organisatie en schakel je met veel van onze collega's en externe partijen. Je beheert agenda's, denkt vooruit en anticipeert op veranderingen. Je zorgt dat managers goed geïnformeerd zijn, documenten op orde zijn, je signaleert knelpunten in processen en denkt mee in oplossingen. Daarnaast ondersteun je team Klachten en vervang je de officemanager bij afwezigheid. Je komt terecht in een professionele organisatie met een prettige, collegiale en toegankelijke werksfeer. Als managementassistent werk je binnen het cluster bedrijfsvoering. Je werkt nauw samen met de andere managementassistent, met een eigen portefeuille. In afwezigheid nemen jullie elkaars werkzaamheden over. De leidinggevende is de clustermanager Bedrijfsvoering. Het cluster bedrijfsvoering kan omschreven worden als toegankelijk, mensgericht en kundig. Gezien de organisatieverandering en professionalisering van Expertisecentrum Euthanasie (EE) wordt er een nieuwe managementassistent geworven. Ons kantoor in Den Haag is jouw standplaats.
