Er zijn talloze zaken waaraan gedacht moet worden, waardoor het werk al gauw onoverzichtelijk wordt en niet meer functioneel is. Als geen ander weet jij hier raad mee. Jij ontzorgt het managementteam door zowel administratieve en secretariële als organisatorische taken uit handen te nemen. Je bewaakt het overzicht, coördineert waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat zaken goed en tijdig worden geregeld. Dankzij jouw komst creëer je overzicht, structuur en stabiliteit binnen het team. Daarbij ondersteun je het management en de verschillende afdelingen binnen de GGD en draag je bij aan een soepele organisatie en samenwerking. Wat ga je doen? De managementassistent ondersteunt, net als de andere managementassistenten, de afdeling en het afdelingshoofd, in het bijzonder met facilitaire en administratieve zaken. Ook zorgt de managementassistent voor representatieve activiteiten voor de teams en/of medewerkers. Andere taken zijn onder andere coördinatie en afhandeling van mailing t.b.v. de afdeling, boeken van ruimtes en het bewaken van de procedurele uitvoering van gemaakte afspraken. Tot slot is het voorbereiden en notuleren van vergaderingen (o.a. verzamelen van gegevens) een belangrijk onderdeel van het takenpakket. Verder ben je volledig thuis in het digitaal vergaderen met MS TEAMS. De managementassistent bepaalt op basis van eigen inzicht de aanpak, prioriteiten en inhoudelijke samenstelling van de werkzaamheden. De managementassistent heeft een proactieve houding en een representatieve instelling.
