Je standplaats is Spijkenisse. Je bent bereid om incidenteel te werken op onze locaties in Rotterdam en Oud-Beijerland. In deze functie van managementassistent ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - het beheren van de agenda's en het zorgen voor een optimale planning, waarbij je rekening houdt met prioriteiten en belangrijke afspraken; - het voorbereiden en notuleren van uiteenlopende vergaderingen met verschillende doelstellingen, waarbij de onderwerpen regio-overstijgend en van tactisch niveau zijn; - het verzorgen van de correspondentie, waaronder de afhandeling van klachten; - het bewaken van de voortgang van administratieve en organisatorische werkzaamheden; - het ondersteunen van het MT bij uiteenlopende zaken, zoals huisvestingsvraagstukken, bestellingen, wervingscampagnes, socialmedia en beleidsdagen. Dit ben jij - hbo werk- en denkniveau en een afgeronde opleiding tot managementassistent of een vergelijkbare opleiding; - minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur binnen de GGZ; - ruime ervaring met MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, moderne transcriptiemogelijkheden en social media; - uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
