Jij bent de spil die zorgt dat het management scherp kan sturen. Je houdt overzicht in een volle agenda, zorgt dat de juiste informatie op het juiste moment beschikbaar is en bewaakt dat afspraken ook echt worden nagekomen. Je werkt proactief, signaleert knelpunten en doet verbetervoorstellen van slimmere planning tot digitalisering en automatisering (ook met AI) zodat processen soepel lopen en er rust en focus ontstaat.

Agendabeheer- en regie:

Stuurt proactief op prioriteiten, overzicht en effectiviteit bij het plannen van afspraken;

Signaleert knelpunten in de planning en doet verbetervoorstellen.

Informatievoorziening- en beheer:

Richt een efficiënte en toegankelijke informatievoorziening in voor de manager;

Structureert, beheert en optimaliseert informatiestromen ten behoeve van vergaderingen;

Zorgt voor tijdige, volledige en bruikbare informatie.

Besluit- en actiebeheer:

Zorgt voor heldere en beknopte vastlegging van besluiten, acties en kernpunten uit overleggen;

Structureert en beheert actielijsten en bewaakt de voortgang;

Signaleert tijdig wanneer acties uitblijven of deadlines in gevaar komen;

Spreekt betrokkenen aan op openstaande acties en gemaakte afspraken;

Zorgt voor tijdige en duidelijke terugkoppeling over de status van acties.

Werkervaring als Managementassistente;

Ervaring met AFAS;

MBO/ HBO werk en denkniveau.

Competenties

Je bent proactief, verbindend en je houdt van structuur in een dynamische omgeving;

Iemand die overzicht houdt, snel schakelt en prioriteiten aanbrengt (ook als alles tegelijk lijkt te komen);

Communicatief sterk en professioneel in contact met collegas en externe partners; je voelt verhoudingen goed aan;

Digitaal vaardig en nieuwsgierig naar slimmer werken: je ziet kansen om processen te verbeteren en te automatiseren.
