Je toekomstige collega's Je gaat werken bij de Beleidsstaf van de hoofddirectie Economie, bedrijven en nationale rekeningen in een team met vijf gedreven managementondersteuners. Een deel van hen werkt in Den Haag en een deel werkt in Heerlen. Daarnaast ondersteunen acht adviseurs van de Beleidsstaf de hoofddirectie bij de financiële en personele bedrijfsvoering en diverse beleidsterreinen. We hebben een klantgerichte en dienstverlenende werkhouding. We werken graag met elkaar samen, vragen gemakkelijk om hulp en hechten waarde aan informeel contact. Dit ben jij Je bent klantgericht, proactief en opereert op mbo-werk- en -denkniveau. Daarnaast: - heb je een opleiding gevolgd tot managementassistent; - ben je vaardig in het gebruik van Microsoft Office, waaronder Outlook, Word, Excel en PowerPoint; - ben je resultaat- en klantgericht, kun je snel schakelen tussen taken en toon je initiatief; - heb je tenminste 2 jaar ervaring als managementondersteuner en ben je een kei in agendabeheer. Feitelijk goed geregeld Voor onze arbeidsvoorwaarden volgen wij de CAO Rijk. Dat betekent dat je onder andere kunt rekenen op het volgende: - Een salaris van minimaal € 3097,- en maximaal € 3984,- bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur.
