A Beautiful Mess vacancy Manager of Sales & Marketing Amsterdam Will you be our new Manager of Sales & Marketing? Amsterdam 32 hours with regular presence in Arnhem and Utrecht At Refugee Company and A Beautiful Mess, we build restaurants and meeting places with impact. We create workplaces and opportunities for people with refugee backgrounds and bring diverse people together daily around food, culture and encounters. For the next phase of our organization, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and hands-on Manager Sales & Marketing who will provide direction for our commercial growth, visibility and positioning. The role As Manager of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for the marketing strategy and commercial approach of Refugee Company and A Beautiful Mess. You will develop plans, set up campaigns and collaborations and ensure that marketing, sales and programming reinforce each other. In doing so, you will manage a small commercial team and work closely with the operations director and restaurant managers. It's a role for someone who can think strategically, but is also energized by execution and realization.
