Als manager ondersteun je klanten met hoogwaardige accountancy-oplossingen en speel je een sleutelrol in de ontwikkeling van ons team. In deze rol sta je klaar om klanten te adviseren, collega’s te coachen en de business line Accountancy te innoveren, terwijl je een sterke samenwerking bevordert binnen een snelgroeiend team van experten.

Over de job

Als Manager Accountancy bij VGD ben je verantwoordelijke voor een diverse klantenportefeuille van hoofdzakelijk familiale kmo’s uit diverse sectoren, waarbij je het overzicht bewaart en zorgt voor een uitstekende klantbeleving samen met de (Senior) Advisor op het dossier. Je voert de klantengesprekken, bewaakt de kwaliteit en coördineert projecten met interne specialisten. Dankzij je helikopterview zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Daarnaast ben je een drijvende kracht in het uitbreiden van ons klantennetwerk en coach je ons team naar een hoger niveau. Je volgt de efficiëntie van dossiers op, zorgt voor correcte facturatie en denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen in onze processen.

Concreet ziet je werkdag er zo uit:

  • Je beheert een klantenportefeuille en onderhoudt sterke relaties als aanspreekpunt voor klanten.
  • Je detecteert proactief de behoeften van klanten en bent een aanspreekpunt voor al hun ondernemersvraagstukken.
  • Dankzij je helikopterview bewaak je de kwaliteit en voortgang van dossiers, die voorbereid worden door (Senior) Advisors.
  • Tijdens klantengesprekken vertaal je complexe vraagstukken naar heldere adviezen.
  • Je coördineert de samenwerking met specialisten om projecten succesvol te realiseren.
  • Je breidt je netwerk uit, bouwt nieuwe relaties op en vergroot ons klantenbestand.
  • Als teamcoach begeleid, motiveer en ontwikkel je (Senior) Advisors.
  • Je optimaliseert processen en staat in voor een correcte facturatie.

  • Bekend met het financiële luik van ondernemen?
  • Iemand met een brede kennis van accountancy en fiscaliteit?

  • Ervaren in het adviseren van klanten?
  • Analytisch, nauwgezet en georganiseerd?
