Dankzij de sterke groei en ambitieuze plannen van onze klant (een boekhoudkantoor in Brugge) zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Accountancy Manager die hun team zal versterken.

De rol van Accountancy Manager:

In de functie van Accountancy Manager ben jij dé brug tussen het management en de Accountancy Managers.

  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO en fungeert als coach voor het team in de dagelijkse werking. Het bewaken van deadlines, de implementatie van nieuwe procedures en software, en het versterken van de efficiëntie binnen het kantoor behoren tot jouw kernverantwoordelijkheden.
  • Je hebt een proactieve houding in het aansteken van de ondernemersgeest binnen je team en zorgt ervoor dat klanten altijd rekenen op het hoogste niveau van advies en service.
  • Jij ondersteunt je collega's in hun commerciële rol, zodat we de klanttevredenheid kunnen blijven garanderen. Bovendien ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de kwaliteit van de dossiers en het integreren van de laatste wet- en regelgeving.
  • Als specialist op het gebied van accountancy en fiscaliteit kunnen je collega's terecht bij jou voor advies en verdere toelichting bij complexe vraagstukken. Je werkt nauw samen met andere externe stakeholders en hebt een helikopterview over de werking van het kantoor.
  • Je identificeert snel waar de noden liggen en voorziet het team van de nodige opleidingen en kennisoverdracht

Hoe ziet jouw profiel er als Accountancy Manager uit?

  • Ervaring: Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring binnen de accountancy en fiscaliteit, bij voorkeur met ervaring in een managementfunctie.
  • Kennis: Een ITAA-titel of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Communicatie: Vlotte en klantgerichte communicatie in het Nederlands.
  • Leiderschap: Jij bent een geboren leider die het team kan motiveren, coachen en ondersteunen waar nodig. Jouw passie voor het vak stimuleert ook je collega's.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking: Jij hebt een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat de dossiers voldoen aan de hoogste standaarden.
  • Analytisch vermogen: Je kunt problemen snel analyseren en met praktische oplossingen komen.
  • Digitalisering: Ervaring met het implementeren van nieuwe software of digitale boekhoudpakketten.
  • Strategisch inzicht: Jij denkt mee op strategisch niveau om het kantoor naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
