Als Manager Accountancy & Advies bij CROP ben je samen met jouw team en leidinggevende verantwoordelijk voor het gehele traject vanaf het eerste contact tot en met de evaluatie van een opdracht. We zijn actief binnen veel marktsegmenten in het mkb. Dit maakt dat je veel verschillende soorten klanten onder jouw hoede krijgt. Door jouw stevige vakinhoudelijke kennis zorg je voor een kwaliteitsvolle uitvoering van de opdrachten. Je bedient een eigen klantenportefeuille en als het gezicht van CROP speel je een belangrijke rol bij het zelfstandig acquireren van nieuwe opdrachten. Je kunt tekenbevoegd zijn bij CROP. Daarnaast geef je leiding aan junior managers en (indirect) assistent accountants. Je zorgt voor een optimaal verloop van werkprocessen en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de strategische ontwikkeling van de praktijk. Bij CROP vinden wij onze mensen en het geven van begeleiding belangrijk. Coachen, sparren en tijd voor hen inruimen behoort dan ook zeker tot het takenpakket.
