Voor onze klant in Mechelen zoeken wij een manager accountancy (m/v/x).

Onze klant is een modern en digitaal accountantskantoor met internationale scope. Ze begeleiden kmo’s, internationale groepen, vzw’s en organisaties met complexe structuren. Naast klassieke accountancy bieden ze ook financiële outsourcing, CFO services, managementrapportering en strategische begeleiding.

Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit Mechelen, met ook kantoren in Antwerpen en Brussel. Deels remote werken is mogelijk.

Dit is geen klassieke compliance-rol. Je denkt mee. Je adviseert. Je stuurt aan. En je brengt structuur in dossiers waar het echt telt.

Goed om te weten: je start met een direct vast contract.

Wat jij hier doet

  • Je draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid over een portefeuille van complexe dossiers.
  • Je beheert vennootschappen, groepen en vzw’s.
  • Je begeleidt klanten bij strategische en financiële beslissingen.
  • Je stuurt junior en senior accountants aan en coacht hen inhoudelijk.
  • Je werkt mee aan de optimalisatie van interne processen.
  • Je combineert technische diepgang met advies en leadership.
  • Je brengt rust en overzicht bij ondernemers én binnen het team.
  • Minstens 6 jaar ervaring binnen een accountantskantoor.
  • Ervaring met complexere structuren en dossiers.
  • Sterke kennis van Belgische fiscaliteit en jaarrekeningwetgeving.
  • Ervaring met vzw’s of internationale context is een plus.
  • Analytisch sterk en inhoudelijk onderbouwd.
  • Klantgericht met communicatieve maturiteit.
  • Leiderschapspotentieel en verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Digitale mindset.
  • ITAA-titel is een plus, maar geen must.
