Onze opdrachtgever is een vooraanstaande, snelgroeiende en internationale speler binnen de voedingssector. Op hun hypermoderne en duurzame productiesite in de ruime regio rond Ingelmunster staat innovatie, kwaliteit en ondernemerschap centraal. Ter versterking van de logistieke keten zijn wij op zoek naar een daadkrachtige, data-gedreven én mensgerichte Manager Distributieomgeving.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Teamleiderschap: Je stelt de operationele koers uit en coacht een logistiek team van circa 30 tot 50 medewerkers. Je stimuleert betrokkenheid, persoonlijke groei en een veilige werkomgeving.
  • Datagedreven Sturing & KPI-beheer: Je monitort de belangrijkste prestatie-indicatoren (zoals laadtijden, OTIF en pick-precisie) nauwgezet, analyseert de cijfers en stelt bij waar nodig.
  • Naleving Normen & Veiligheid: Je ziet erop toe dat de strikte kwaliteits-, HACCP-, BRC/IFS- en veiligheidsvoorschriften in alle magazijn- en distributiezones strak worden nageleefd.
  • Continuous Improvement: Aan de hand van methodieken zoals Lean en 5S analyseer je de materiaalstromen (FIFO, WMS-processen) en zet je concrete optimalisatieprojecten op.
  • Voorraad- & Opslagbeheer: In nauw overleg met afdelingen zoals Productie en Planning waarborg je de stocknauwkeurigheid en benut je de opslagcapaciteit maximaal.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je beschikt over een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma (bijv. Supply Chain, Logistiek of Economie) en kan minstens 5 jaar ervaring voorleggen in een aansturende rol binnen een magazijn- of distributieomgeving.
  • Sectorkennis: Ervaring binnen de voedingssector, FMCG of geconditioneerde logistiek is een belangrijk pluspunt.
  • Systeem- & Data-inzicht: Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van ERP-systemen (zoals SAP) en moderne WMS-pakketten. Je denkt analytisch en stuurt op feiten en cijfers.
  • People Skills: Je bent een benaderbare en communicatief sterke leidinggevende die medewerkers weet te motiveren, overtuigen en meenemen in verandering.
  • Talenkennis: Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en hebt een goede beheersing van het Frans en/of Engels.
