De groep bestaat uit meerdere entiteiten met vestigingen in Nederland en verschillende andere Europese landen. Met circa 75 medewerkers realiseert de organisatie een omzet van enkele tientallen miljoenen euro's. De productie vindt plaats in Nederland; vanuit diverse buitenlandse locaties worden internationale klanten bediend. Het bedrijf is financieel gezond en heeft duidelijke ambities om de komende jaren verder te groeien binnen Europa. Je werkt vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Vianen. Hier heerst een uitgesproken no-nonsense cultuur: de lijnen zijn kort, de omgang is direct en managementlagen zijn er nauwelijks. Als Manager Finance & Control word je lid van het MT en ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de financiële functie van de gehele groep. Functie Dit is nadrukkelijk een opbouwfunctie. De financiële administratie is operationeel op orde, maar de bredere financiële functie moet verder worden ontwikkeld en geprofessionaliseerd. Rapportages, consolidatie, kostprijsberekeningen, cashflowprognoses en interne beheersing moeten grotendeels nog worden ingericht. In de eerste periode sta je daarom met de poten in de klei. Je brengt structuur aan, verbetert de kwaliteit van de financiële administratie en zorgt stap voor stap voor betrouwbare stuurinformatie. Vanuit die basis bouw je de financiële functie verder uit en groei je mee met de organisatie. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie en neemt deel aan het MT. Daar worden uiteenlopende onderwerpen besproken, zoals voorraden, productie, certificeringen, transport, planning, HR en investeringen. De directie bestaat uit meerdere eigenaren met verschillende persoonlijkheden en stijlen. Dat vraagt om een Manager die zelfstand...
