bij Samenwerkende Kinderopvang in Maarssen - Utrecht Als Manager Kindplanning ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planwerkzaamheden van een aantal regio's. Samen met jouw team zorg je ervoor dat beschikbare opvangplaatsen optimaal worden benut, wachtlijsten effectief worden beheerd en zoveel mogelijk kinderen een plek krijgen binnen onze opvang. Je vertaalt de capaciteitsstrategie naar duidelijke werkprocessen en stuurt op bezetting, doorstroom en commerciële kansen. Daarbij houd je continu de juiste balans tussen klantvraag, beschikbare capaciteit, pedagogische kwaliteit en operationele haalbaarheid. Op basis van data en stuurinformatie signaleer je kansen en verbeteringen en stuur je actief op resultaat. - Je geeft leiding aan de planners die werkzaamheden verrichten voor de regio's waar jij verantwoordelijk voor bent als Manager Planning en coacht hen in hun ontwikkeling. - Je stuurt op een optimale kindbezetting, wachtlijsten en beschikbare capaciteit. - Je analyseert data en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete verbeteracties. - Je bewaakt processen, kwaliteit en uniforme werkwijzen. - Je werkt nauw samen met operationeel management, personeelsplanning en andere interne stakeholders. - Je rapporteert op resultaten en stuurt op groei, kwaliteit en efficiëntie. - Een uitdagende managementfunctie binnen een landelijke organisatie in ontwikkeling. - Een salaris volgens CAO Kinderopvang schaal 12 . - Veel ruimte om de afdeling Kindplanning verder te ontwikkelen en processen te verbeteren. - Een professionele werkomgeving met korte lijnen en veel verantwoordelijkheid. - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een eindejaarsuitkering, pensioenregeling, reiskostenvergoeding en ruime ontwikkelmogelijkheden. - Standplaats Maarssen , met de mogelijkheid om regelmatig locaties in het land te bezoeken.
