De jeugdbescherming is volop in beweging. De hervormingsagenda en veranderende maatschappelijke verwachtingen vragen om een organisatie die kan meebewegen, leren en vernieuwen. Tegelijkertijd blijven kwaliteit, continuïteit en veiligheid de basis van ons werk. Daarom zoeken wij een Manager Kwaliteit & Beleid. Wat ga je doen? Als Manager Kwaliteit & Beleid ben je verantwoordelijk voor de strategische borging en verdere ontwikkeling van kwaliteit, vakontwikkeling en beleid binnen Jeugdbescherming Gelderland. De functie heeft nadrukkelijk een strategisch en tactisch karakter. Je zorgt voor samenhang tussen kwaliteitsbeleid, kwaliteitsborging, vakontwikkeling en gedragswetenschappelijke expertise en vertaalt ontwikkelingen naar beleid, kaders en concrete verbeteringen. De dagelijkse inhoudelijke begeleiding van casuïstiek ligt bij de gedragswetenschappers en teams. Je geeft leiding aan de kwaliteitskolom, waarbij je direct leidinggeeft aan de gedragswetenschappers en de Manager Kwaliteitsborging. Onder de manager kwaliteitsborging vallen de juristen, beleidsmedewerkers en het team Advies & Klachten. In totaal geef je leiding aan 21 collega's. Je zorgt voor samenhang tussen deze verschillende expertises en geeft richting aan de inhoudelijke kwaliteit, vakontwikkeling en beleidsontwikkeling binnen Jeugdbescherming Gelderland. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je rol is de strategische sturing op kwaliteit. Je stuurt op kwaliteitsindicatoren zoals tijdigheid van maatregelen, planvorming, dossierkwaliteit, navolgbaarheid van besluitvorming, betekenisvol contact met gezinnen, veiligheid en auditresultaten. Je zorgt dat kwaliteitsvraagstukken, auditbevindingen en verbeterpunten zichtbaar worden en worden opgevolgd....
