Je geeft leiding aan een ervaren team van planners, bewaakt de samenhang van de categorieplannen en adviseert de Unitmanager over kansen, risico's en bijsturing. Dé rol voor wie cijfers, commercie en leiderschap wil combineren. dit ga je doen Binnen de unit Food & Beauty ben jij vanuit een financieel-strategisch perspectief verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, bewaken en bijstellen van de merchandise planning op omzet, marge en voorraad. Je consolideert de financiële categorieplannen tot één unit-breed beeld (inclusief open-to-buy) en bewaakt de kwaliteit en samenhang daarvan richting management en finance. Je rekent de implicaties van commerciële keuzes, assortiment, promotie en prijs door en vertaalt die naar concrete bijsturingsvoorstellen. Een belangrijk deel van je rol is kaderstelling: je stelt de overkoepelende financiële en operationele kaders op unit-niveau op richting de Manager Supply Chain Planning Food. Je toetst of de categoriestrategieën aansluiten bij de unitstrategie, financieel onderbouwd én toekomstbestendig zijn. Je geeft leiding aan 5 planners die veel ervaring meebrengen: van jou wordt verwacht dat je hen inhoudelijk uitdaagt, tegenwicht biedt en ontwikkelt richting een sterkere advies- en sparringrol.
