Jobomschrijving

Als First Line Manager Onderhoud geef je leiding aan een team van technici, engineers en onderaannemers om de betrouwbaarheid van onze geautomatiseerde systemen te garanderen.

Je plant en coördineert de dagelijkse onderhoudsactiviteiten en lost complexe storingen op binnen ons ASRS-systeem (Automated Storage & Retrieval System).

Samen met het Head of Maintenance & Facility werk je aan innovatie en continue verbetering. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het bevorderen van een veilige en milieubewuste werkomgeving op de volledige site.

Hoe jij het verschil maakt

  • Dagelijkse onderhoudsactiviteiten aansturen en ervoor zorgen dat alle preventieve en correctieve werkzaamheden aan mechanische en elektrische systemen veilig en tijdig worden uitgevoerd.
  • Operatoren, technici en onderaannemers ondersteunen bij het oplossen van technische problemen en het naleven van het onderhoudsplan.
  • Je team begeleiden en motiveren, en een cultuur van goede communicatie en samenwerking bevorderen.
  • Deelnemen aan geplande onderhoudswerken, zoals revisies en verbeterprojecten, volgens de afgesproken planning en standaarden.
  • De vaardigheden van je team ontwikkelen en medewerkers ondersteunen in hun professionele groei binnen VF.
  • Reserveonderdelen en middelen efficiënt beheren om een hoge betrouwbaarheid van de installaties en sterke operationele prestaties te waarborgen.
  • Werkvergunningen voorbereiden en onderaannemers coördineren die betrokken zijn bij onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
  • Instaan voor de administratieve opvolging van technische werkzaamheden en rapporteren aan de Maintenance & Facility Manager.
  • Duidelijke procedures, werkinstructies, handleidingen en dashboards opstellen die de dagelijkse werking ondersteunen en de prestaties van het team opvolgen.

Vaardigheden voor succes

Vereist

  • Ervaring in een onderhoudsfunctie met kennis van mechanische en/of elektrische systemen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om een team aan te sturen, te motiveren en te begeleiden.
  • Een pragmatische, probleemoplossende aanpak en de capaciteit om storingsanalyses en troubleshooting te ondersteunen.
  • Veilig kunnen werken, inclusief werkzaamheden op hoogte (tot ongeveer 25 meter).
  • Bereidheid om in een ploegensysteem te werken:

Maandag t.e.m. donderdag: 06:00-14:00 of 14:00-22:00

Vrijdag: 06:00-13:00 of 13:00-20:00

Pluspunten

  • Ervaring met geautomatiseerde systemen (ASRS) of grootschalige industriële installaties.
  • Kennis van systemen zoals PCS7, TIA Portal, Siemens S7 of vergelijkbare platformen.
  • Vermogen om kleine PLC-aanpassingen uit te voeren of storingen te diagnosticeren.
  • Diploma of kwalificatie in Elektromechanica, Automatisering of een verwante studierichting.
