Voor een internationale organisatie binnen de hospitality- en leisurebranche in Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een Manager Operations & Planning. In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse operatie op negen locaties soepel verloopt en waar mogelijk verbeterd wordt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, capaciteit en bezettingsgraad en houdt daarbij rekening met onder andere vaartijden, weersomstandigheden en commerciële cijfers. Je weet op basis van data waar kansen liggen en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteringen. Daarnaast stuur je vier teamleiders aan. Je coacht en ontwikkelt hen en zorgt voor een goede verbinding tussen het management en de medewerkers in de operatie, waaronder de schippers. Je bent voornamelijk werkzaam vanuit het kantoor in Amsterdam, maar bent ook regelmatig op locatie en zelfs aan boord te vinden! Wat ga je doen? - Aansturen en verbeteren van de dagelijkse operatie op negen locaties; - Coachen en ontwikkelen van vier teamleiders; - Verantwoordelijk voor planning, capaciteitsmanagement en bezettingsgraad; - Sturen op KPI's zoals omzet, efficiency en klanttevredenheid; - Analyseren van operationele en commerciële cijfers; - Vertalen van strategische doelen naar concrete verbeteringen; - Verbinding maken met medewerkers en actief stakeholdermanagement.
