Zij helpen collega's groeien in hun vak, ondersteunen bij pedagogische vraagstukken en dragen bij aan de kwaliteit op onze locaties. Voor deze groep van circa 21 pedagogisch coaches zoeken wij een Manager Pedagogisch Coaches. Een stevige en ervaren leidinggevende die niet alleen weet hoe je een team aanstuurt, maar ook beschikt over ruime inhoudelijke kennis van pedagogiek en kinderopvang. Als Manager Pedagogisch Coaches maak je onderdeel uit van het team Kwaliteit & Pedagogiek. Vanuit die positie verbind je mensen, inhoud en organisatie. Je zorgt niet alleen voor de professionele ontwikkeling van de pedagogisch coaches, maar hebt ook een duidelijk aandeel in de verdere ontwikkeling van de pedagogische kwaliteit binnen Spring. Je volgt ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied, haalt signalen uit de praktijk op en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteringen in pedagogische kwaliteit, werkwijzen en ondersteuning van onze locaties. Een functie voor iemand die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat. Die makkelijk schakelt tussen inhoud, mensen en organisatie. En die het interessant vindt om met Managers Kinderopvang en Directeuren het gesprek te voeren over kwaliteit, ontwikkeling en wat er nodig is in de praktijk. Met veel verantwoordelijkheid, maar vooral ook veel ruimte om écht verschil te maken. Als Manager Pedagogisch Coaches geef je leiding aan ongeveer 21 pedagogisch coaches die werkzaam zijn op verschillende locaties van Spring. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor hun functioneren, ontwikkeling, inzetbaarheid en professionele kwaliteit. Je zorgt ervoor dat het team goed samenwerkt, kennis deelt en vanuit eigenaarschap en professionaliteit zijn werk doet. Je voert ontwikkel- en voortgangsgesprekken, begeleidt waar nodig verbeter- en ontwikkeltrajecten en hebt aandacht voor duurzame inzetbaarhei...
