Als Manager bouwkundige serviceprojecten geef je leiding aan een team van projectprofessionals en ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor een omvangrijke portefeuille aan nieuwbouw, renovatie-, onderhouds- en verduurzamingsprojecten binnen Zuid-West voor overheden, ziekenhuizen en onderwijsinstellingen. Wat ga je doen? Bouwkunde, werktuigbouwkunde en elektrotechniek. Al deze disciplines zijn vertegenwoordigd op jouw afdeling. Gezamenlijk zorgen zij voor de realisatie van integrale nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten. Denk hierbij aan de renovatie van een ziekenhuis, de nieuwbouw van een cleanroom of de bouw of verduurzaming van een laboratorium of kantorencomplex. Vaak zijn er meerdere projecten in uitvoering en in voorbereiding. Als manager en verbinder zorg je voor een vlekkeloze samenwerking waarin iedereen goed samenwerkt en het beste uit elkaar naar boven haalt. En samen bouw je mee aan onze ontwikkeling in de regio om de groei te realiseren én klanten nog beter te bedienen. Klanten waarvoor we o.a. in de regio Zuid-West werken; Post NL, Leids Universitair Medisch Centrum, RVC, COA's, ESA ESTEC, Feyenoord, GKN Fokker. Dit ga je doen: - Je bouwt aan de ontwikkeling van de (integrale) projectenafdeling in Zuid-West. Daarbij heb je oog voor veiligheid, klantgerichtheid, de kwalitatieve en kwalitatieve bezetting en slimme werkprocessen, om de groeidoelstellingen voor de komende jaren te kunnen realiseren; - Je zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende disciplines nauw samenwerken en elkaar versterken om zo ieder project tot een goed einde te brengen. Jij bouwt aan je team en je team bouwt onze toonaangevende projecten; - In je aanvoerdersrol stuur je uiteraard op budget, planning en kwaliteit en leg je de focus op de veiligheid en welzijn van collega's,...
