Manager teelt Heb jij een passie voor planten en ben je van nature iemand die structuur biedt, prioriteiten weet te stellen en continu voor verbetering zorgt? Dan hebben wij een mooie kans voor jou in een toonaangevend familiebedrijf in de Nederlandse tuinbouw. Jouw rol Ons teeltteam is dagelijks bezig met één doel: het gewas zo optimaal laten groeien. Dat doen we door klimaat, watergift, bemesting en (biologische) gewasbescherming continu te monitoren en waar nodig te verbeteren. Als manager Teelt geef je leiding aan onze teeltspecialisten en assistent teeltspecialisten. Je helpt hen om de teeltstrategie te ontwikkelen en goed uit te voeren. Tegelijkertijd zorg jij voor overzicht: je brengt structuur aan, stelt prioriteiten en zorgt voor een goede planning van mensen en werkzaamheden. Je staat daarbij niet aan de zijlijn. Je werkt nauw samen met operatie, techniek en energie, en denkt actief mee over de teelt. Jouw beslissingen hebben direct invloed op de kwaliteit en productiviteit onze de gewassen. Je rapporteert aan de algemeen directeur. Wat ga je doen? - Je geeft richting aan het team: je geeft dagelijks leiding aan de ervaren (assistent) teeltspecialisten en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er nodig is om samen het beste resultaat te behalen. - Je laat mensen groeien: als betrokken people manager coach je de medewerkers, herken je talent en stimuleer je ontwikkeling. Je zorgt voor duidelijkheid, vertrouwen, samenwerking én werkplezier. - Je brengt structuur en focus: tijdens de dagstart en het teeltoverleg zorg je ervoor dat de juiste onderwerpen op tafel komen. Je stelt prioriteiten, bewaakt de planning en stuurt bij waar nodig. - Je verbindt teelt met de rest van de organisatie: jij bent namens het team teelt gesprekspartner voor andere afdelingen en adviseert onder andere over productieprognoses. - Je bent betrokken bij de teelt: je analyseert teeltdata en werkt samen met het team aan het optimaliseren van klim...
