Werken bij Quooker Manufacturing engineer - Hybride - - Ridderkerk - Engineering Jij maakt Quooker - met jouw passie voor techniek weet je slimme productielijnen te ontwerpen én te verbeteren. - want je wilt groeien en je samen met Quooker verder ontwikkelen. - omdat jij onze productie efficiënter maakt en bijdraagt aan een prettige werkomgeving voor onze Assemblage Medewerkers. Als Manufacturing Engineer bedenk en verbeter je samen met jouw collega's de productielijnen waar Quooker producten gemaakt worden. Je doet dit aan de hand van 4 belangrijke pijlers: efficiency, output, ergonomie en veiligheid. Jij bepaalt de optimale procesvolgorde, benodigde machines en (hulp)gereedschappen zodat onze producten zo efficiënt en ergonomisch mogelijk gemaakt kunnen worden. Je zoekt hierbij naar continue verbetering, waarbij je signalen vanuit onze productie weet te vertalen naar verbetermogelijkheden. Deze werk je op detailniveau uit met behulp van onder meer 2D/3D CAD-software. Om de haalbaarheid van projecten te bepalen en jouw voorstellen tot uitvoering te brengen, is het nodig dat jij assertief samenwerking zoekt en concreet communiceert met en naar de afdelingen om je heen (Engineering, R&D en Facilities). Jij bent dus een belangrijke speler die niet alleen onze productie efficiënter weet te maken, maar als projectleider verantwoordelijk om de verschillende afdelingen samen te brengen en de doelen te bepalen voor de toekomst. Daarnaast ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van de lijncapaciteit en operator-balans om de mogelijkheden voor opschaling te kunnen onderzoeken. Jouw ideeën werk je uit naar uitvoerbare projecten waarbij jij zelf de installatie van productiemiddelen coördineert. Een belangrijke rol waarin jij zorgt dat de productiewijzigingen efficiënt verlopen en de werkzaamheden onze productieprocessen zo min mogelijk verstoren.
