Voor onze klant zijn wij op zoek naar een Manufacturing Engineer die zich richt op het verhogen van efficiëntie en het implementeren van automatiseringsoplossingen. In deze rol heb je de kans om écht impact te maken en processen naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Klinkt dit als jouw volgende stap? Dan ben jij de Manufacturing Engineer die we zoeken! Je komt te werken bij een internationaal bedrijf in de elektrotechnische sector, dat zich bezighoudt met powermanagement. In dit bedrijf staat ontwikkeling van de medewerkers centraal en word je hierin ondersteund. Verder is het een internationaal bedrijf dat opereert in meerdere landen. Als Manufacturing Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van de dagelijkse productieprocessen binnen het bedrijf. Dit doe je met 3 andere collega's en samen zijn jullie o.a. verantwoordelijk voor: - Verzamelen en analyseren van productiegegevens voor procesverbeteringen mbt veiligheid, productkwaliteit, levering aan klanten en efficiëntie - Verstrekken van werkinstructies en procesinformatie op de werkvloer - Ontwerpen van assemblage- en testgereedschappen met 3D-software Wie ben jij? Jij neemt graag het initiatief en bent een echte teamspeler. Verder heb je HBO werk- en denkniveau en enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol. Je beschikt over sterke vaardigheden op het gebied van engineering en automatisering en hebt een digitale mindset. Tot slot heb je kennis van CAD-programma's. Ervaring met Lean en Six Sigma (Green Belt) is een pré.
