Über diese Stelle

Als Manufacturing Engineer/ CAM Data Engineer bist Du für die Innovative Verbesserungen von Prozessen verantwortlich und fingierts als Schnittstelle zwischen internen Fachbereichen und der Produktion.

Wir suchen verantwortungsvolle Mitarbeiter/innen für die Position Manufacturing Engineer/ CAM Data Engineer im Werk 4.02.

Deine Aufgaben

* Definieren von Verbesserungsaktionen und Innovationen direkt mit der Produktion

* Selbständiges Umsetzen von schnellen Verbesserungen

* Erstellen von Root Cause Analysen 5W-Fragen

* Identifizieren von Werkzeugverbesserungen, Unterstützung bei der Einführung

* Aufbau eines starken Networks innerhalb der Organisation als Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion und den Fachabteilungen im

* Engineering

* Definition, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Versuchen direkt in und mit der Produktion

* Tracken und Dokumentieren der Verbesserungen

* Durchführung von Tests für neue und alternative Materialien

* Definition und Verifizierung von Prozessen zur Verbesserung von Arbeitsschritten

* Erstellen CAM Daten mit CAM-Software hyperMILL

* Erstellen von Bearbeitungsstrategien und Optimieren der Bearbeitung von 5 Achs Aluminium Fräs-Bauteilen

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung. Zerspanungstechniker_in, CAM-Programmierer_in oder Maschinenbau

* Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis / Verständnis für Abläufe in der Produktion

* Lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Gute Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit

* Hands-on Mentalität und Teamplayer

* Programmierkenntnisse - Siemens Sinumerik 840 D & Siemens Sinumerik ONE

* Programmierkenntnisse - CAM-Software hyperMILL von VorteilSAP-Kenntnisse
