Als spilfiguur binnen een dynamisch team van vier professionals regisseer je maandelijks zo'n 1.200 transportbewegingen. Je focust hierbij op de coordinatie van bulktransporten via het water en per container, waarbij je proactief zoekt naar de meest efficiënte en duurzame logistieke oplossingen. In deze rol combineer je operationele uitmuntendheid met een scherp oog voor wetgeving en innovatie binnen een groeiende, internationale context.

  • Je beschikt over minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een internationale transportomgeving, bij voorkeur met expertise in maritieme verschepingen en afvalwetgeving.
  • Je hebt een Bachelor-diploma behaald of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke 'caller'; de telefoon is jouw belangrijkste tool om zaken vlot te trekken.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, denkt out-of-the-box en neemt volop eigenaarschap over jouw projecten.
  • Je blijft kalm onder druk, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en beschikt over uitstekende planning-vaardigheden.
  • Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en/of Engels, aangevuld met een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen.
  • Je organiseert en optimaliseert efficiënte zee- en binnenvaartoplossingen voor diverse commerciële dossiers.
  • Je waakt erover dat alle maritieme operaties strikt voldoen aan de geldende milieuwetgeving en interne kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je beheert de transportkosten, voert prijsonderhandelingen voor zowel bestaande als nieuwe routes en staat in voor een correcte administratieve en financiële afwikkeling.
  • Je identificeert kansen om transportprocessen te digitaliseren en naar een hoger niveau van operational excellence te tillen.
  • Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met interne afdelingen en externe maritieme partners om duurzame relaties uit te bouwen.
  • Samen met je collega's beheer je de logistieke mailbox en bied je back-up bij wegtransportcoordinatie waar nodig.
  • Je deelt relevante marktinzichten met het team en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Head of Transport.
