Voor een toonaangevende industriële groep zijn wij op zoek naar een Marketeer die B2B-marketing graag breed aanpakt. Van content en social media tot beurzen en foto- en videoproductie: in deze nieuwe functie combineer je creativiteit, initiatief en voeling met de business.

Jobomschrijving

  • Als centrale marketingpartner vertaal je de noden van drie businessunits naar concrete marketingacties. De activiteiten van deze organisatie situeren zich in industriële automatisering, machinebouw, intralogistiek en elektrotechnische oplossingen voor productiebedrijven.
  • In nauwe samenwerking met de business unit directors bepaal je prioriteiten en speel je in op ontwikkelingen en opportuniteiten in de markt.
  • Voor diverse B2B-doelgroepen creëer je aantrekkelijke content, zowel tekstueel als visueel.
  • Daarnaast neem je de social media-activiteiten voor jouw rekening en zorg je voor een consistente aanwezigheid op de verschillende kanalen.
  • Van voorbereiding tot uitvoering: je organiseert en coördineert beurzen, inclusief standen, materialen, planning en communicatie.
  • Tijdens beurzen ben je zelf aanwezig, waardoor je rechtstreeks voeling krijgt met klanten, marktontwikkelingen en opportuniteiten.
  • Ook creatief steek je de handen uit de mouwen: je maakt zelf foto's en video's en krijgt de mogelijkheid om hiervoor met een drone te werken.
  • Verder speel je in op nieuwe marketingtools, AI-toepassingen en trends die relevant zijn voor de business.
  • Bij specifieke projecten ga je sporadisch mee naar klanten om foto- of videocontent te creëren.
  • Wanneer verschillende projecten of beurzen samenkomen, bepaal je zelfstandig de prioriteiten en bewaak je de voortgang.
  • Binnen het marketingteam werk je samen met een digital marketeer en andere marketingverantwoordelijken.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Marketing, Economie of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen B2B-marketing.
  • Ervaring binnen een technische of industriële omgeving of een sterke technische interesse.
  • Hands-on ingesteld, met een sterke dosis initiatief en verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Vlot in communicatie en samenwerking met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans en een goede kennis van Engels.
  • Ervaring met hedendaagse marketingtools; kennis van InDesign en AI-tools is een plus.
