Jobomschrijving

Voor onze klant die actief is in oogchirurgie, zijn we op zoek naar een marketing assistant.

In deze rol neem je het volledige eigenaarschap op van de marketinguitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat content structureel wordt gepland, gecreëerd en gepubliceerd, terwijl je campagnes opvolgt en optimaliseert op basis van resultaten.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheren en uitwerken van de contentkalender
  • Creëren van content voor social media, website, e-mailcampagnes en YouTube
  • Opnemen en monteren van authentieke video's
  • Ontwikkelen van visuals en eenvoudige infographics
  • Publiceren en hergebruiken van content over verschillende kanalen
  • Opzetten, analyseren en optimaliseren van Meta-campagnes
  • Interpreteren van rapportages en data uit Google Ads en Meta Ads Manager
  • Opstellen van wekelijkse rapporteringen en inzichten
  • Werken met AI-tools zoals Claude voor contentcreatie en analyses
  • Bewaken van een consistente uitstraling en tone of voice over alle communicatiekanalen
  • Coördineren van externe freelancers waar nodig

Je bent een ervaren marketingprofessional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zelfstandig projecten uitwerkt van idee tot resultaat.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Je beschikt over minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen content marketing of digital marketing
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een professionele, premium of gereguleerde omgeving (bijvoorbeeld healthcare, finance, legal of luxe)
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Facebook, Instagram en YouTube
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Google Ads en Meta Ads Manager
  • Je kan zelfstandig video's opnemen en monteren
  • Je hebt ervaring met AI-tools voor contentcreatie en data-analyse
  • Nederlands beheers je perfect, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je bent proactief, neemt initiatief en denkt in oplossingen
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving zonder uitgebreid marketingteam
