Wer wir sind: Klein, direkt und ehrlich. bits & bots baut modulare KI-Automatisierungslösungen für KMU im Dreiländereck. Keine Marketing-Floskeln, keine Hochglanz-Versprechen. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Gründer zusammen und übernimmst eigenständig die Marketings-, Content- und Kundenkommunikationsschiene.

Statt Floskeln: Konkretes, kurze Wege und echter Gestaltungsspielraum.

Deine Rolle: Operativ entlasten - in zwei Bereichen. Ein Teil deiner Zeit fließt in abrechenbare Kundenarbeit, der andere in den Aufbau der Sichtbarkeit von bits & bots selbst.

01 -> Marketing, Content & Ads Content produzieren und Paid-Ads steuern - für unsere Kunden wie für die eigene Marke

02 -> Kundenkommunikation & Koordination Die Beziehung end-to-end halten: Onboarding, Abstimmung, Follow-ups und SLA-Monitoring.

Deine Aufgaben: Konkret im Alltag. - Konzeption und Umsetzung von Content (LinkedIn, Website, Newsletter) für bits & bots und für Kunden. - Paid-Ads-Kampagnen - Planung, Aufsetzen und Optimierung auf Meta, Google und LinkedIn für Kundenprojekte. - Eigenständige Kundenkommunikation: Onboarding, laufende Abstimmung, Follow-ups, SLA-Monitoring. - Koordination von Projektständen und Dokumentation. - Wiederholbare Marketing-Prozesse, die wir auch als Service anbieten können.

Dein Profil: Was wir bei dir suchen. - Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Digital Marketing, mit nachweisbaren Ergebnissen in Content und Paid-Ads - Deutsch und Französisch fließend in Wort und Schrift sind Pflicht; Niederländisch ist ein klarer Vorteil. - Selbständige Arbeitsweise - kein Mikromanagement nötig, gut mit einem iterativen, direkten Arbeitsstil zurecht. - Pragmatisch und ehrlich statt floskelhaft. - Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Marketing- und Projekttools.
