Voor onze bouwdivisie—met een sterke focus op industriebouw—zoeken wij een kartrekker die onze marktpositie naar een volgend niveau tilt.

Jouw Impact: Strategie vertalen naar de werf

Als Marketing & Communicatie Verantwoordelijke ben jij de architect van ons merkverhaal. Je werkt nauw samen met het sales-team om commerciële noden om te zetten in krachtige campagnes die onze expertise tastbaar maken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Strategisch Plan: Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een doordachte marketingaanpak voor onze bouwbedrijven.
  • Content & Socials: Je creëert content die onze indrukwekkende projecten in de kijker zet op onze website en sociale mediakanalen.
  • PR & Media: Je bouwt relaties op met relevante media, gaat actief op zoek naar interview-opportuniteiten en beheert persaanvragen.
  • Sales Alignment: Je zorgt voor een naadloze samenwerking tussen sales en marketing voor maximale impact en engagement.
  • Brand Identity: Je waakt over de huisstijl en zorgt voor een eenduidige 'tone of voice' in alle interne en externe communicatie.
  • Digital Marketing: Je beheert onze online zichtbaarheid (SEO/SEA) en zet data om in concrete verbeterpunten.
  • Opleiding: Je beschikt over een Master of Bachelor in Marketing, Communicatie of een andere relevante richting.
  • Ervaring: Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol (ervaring in de bouw- of industriesector is een sterke troef).
  • Skills: SEO en SEA kennen voor jou geen geheimen. Ervaring met grafische programma's (Adobe Creative Cloud) is een pluspunt.
  • Talen: Je bent vlot tweetalig Nederlands en Frans, essentieel voor onze nationale projecten.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je denkt als een eigenaar, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft initiatief te tonen. Je bent creatief, maar verliest het rendement nooit uit het oog.
