Robert Half is voor een confidentiële klant op zoek naar een Marketing & Communications Manager (m/v/x) in de regio Hasselt.

Jouw rol

Als Marketing & Communications Manager krijg je de kans om een sleutelrol op te nemen binnen de verdere uitbouw van het marketing- en communicatiebeleid. Je denkt strategisch mee over de positionering en zichtbaarheid van de organisatie, maar neemt tegelijk ook zelf initiatief om ideeën om te zetten in concrete acties en resultaten.

Je combineert visie met daadkracht en weet hoe je marketing en communicatie optimaal inzet om de bedrijfsdoelstellingen te ondersteunen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

In deze rol ben je onder meer verantwoordelijk voor:

  • het ontwikkelen en implementeren van een sterke marketing- en communicatiestrategie;
  • het verder uitbouwen en bewaken van de merkidentiteit en positionering;
  • het coördineren van interne en externe communicatie;
  • het opzetten, beheren en optimaliseren van online en offline marketingcampagnes;
  • het uitwerken van een performante digital marketingaanpak, inclusief SEO en SEA;
  • het monitoren van campagneresultaten, websiteperformantie en relevante KPI's;
  • het detecteren van trends en opportuniteiten binnen marketing, communicatie en digitalisering;
  • het introduceren van nieuwe AI-tools en innovatieve toepassingen die processen en resultaten versterken;
  • het nemen van initiatief om communicatiekanalen, campagnes en workflows continu te verbeteren;
  • het samenwerken met interne stakeholders en externe partners om impactvolle marketingprojecten te realiseren.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we een marketeer die strategisch kan meedenken, maar tegelijk graag hands-on werkt en ownership neemt.

Je brengt idealiter het volgende mee:

  • een bachelordiploma in marketing, communicatie of een gelijkaardige richting;
  • minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen marketing en communicatie;
  • een echte hands-on mentaliteit en een proactieve aanpak;
  • ervaring met digital marketing, waaronder SEO en SEA;
  • een sterke interesse in de nieuwste ontwikkelingen binnen marketing, communicatie en AI;
  • het vermogen om zelfstandig initiatieven te nemen en opportuniteiten te spotten;
  • een strategische blik gecombineerd met een pragmatische werkstijl;
  • sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het talent om verschillende stakeholders mee te nemen in jouw verhaal.
