Wir suchen dich! 1 Marketingassistent/in Du kommst aus dem Marketing und arbeitest gern sauber und strukturiert? Bei uns kannst du deine Erfahrung direkt an unsere Kund:innen weitergeben und ihnen zeigen, wie Online-Projekte ordentlich umgesetzt werden.

Während der Einarbeitung lernst du unsere Online-Marketing-Methoden, Tools und Abläufe kennen. Danach wirst du in der Lage sein, Kund:innen fachlich zu unterstützen, ihre Fragen zu klären und sie Schritt für Schritt durch die Inhalte unserer Programme zu führen.

Vorkenntnisse in der Kundenbetreuung sind nicht zwingend notwendig - die Einarbeitung dauert in der Regel 2-3 Monate.

Standort: Rohrbach-Berg

Stundenausmaß: Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

* Betreuung und Koordination unserer Online-Marketing Projekte

* Klare Abstimmung mit Kund:innen und unserem Team

* Erstellen von Konzepten, Briefings und kurzen Zusammenfassungen

* Kundenberatung

* Organisation und Nachbereitung von Beratungsterminen

* Durchführung von Kundenschulungen

* Teilnahme an Fachmessen und Branchenveranstaltungen

* Erste Erfahrung mit KI-Tools (z. B. ChatGPT , Bildtools, Automationen) - oder Interesse, diese zu nutzen

* Eigenständiges, ruhiges und genaues Arbeiten
