Onze e-commerceactiviteiten groeien snel, en daarom zoeken we een Marketplace Specialist die mee het verschil wil maken.

Doel van de functie:

De Marketplace Specialist is verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, optimaliseren en uitbreiden van de aanwezigheid van onze producten op diverse online marketplaces. Het doel is om de verkoop en zichtbaarheid van onze producten op deze platformen te maximaliseren, waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van tools zoals Channable voor het beheren van productfeeds en advertentiecampagnes.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

· Beheer van marketplaces: Dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheid voor het onderhouden en optimaliseren van productcatalogi op marktplaatsen zoals Bol.com, Amazon, en andere relevante platformen.

· Channable-integraties en productfeedbeheer: Inrichten, onderhouden en optimaliseren van productfeeds in Channable.

· Campagnebeheer en optimalisatie: Opzetten en optimaliseren van advertentiecampagnes via Channable.

· Data-analyse en rapportage: Monitoren van verkoop- en prestatiegegevens van producten op marketplaces.

· Technische ondersteuning en probleemoplossing: Signaleren en oplossen van technische problemen met betrekking tot productfeeds en marketplaces.

· Interne samenwerking: Nauwe samenwerking met marketing, logistiek, klantenservice en andere relevante afdelingen.

Wie zoeken we?

· Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met het beheren van marketplaces (Bol.com, Amazon, etc.).

· Ervaring met Channable voor productfeedbeheer en campagnebeheer.

· Kennis van e-commerce, digitale marketing, SEA en SEO-principes.

· Sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met tools zoals Google Analytics en Excel.

· Probleemoplossend vermogen en oog voor detail.

· Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

· Proactief handelen: Het vermogen om zelfstandig taken te identificeren en op te pakken zonder directe aansturing.

· Samenwerken: Kan effectief werken met verschillende afdelingen en weet gemeenschappelijke doelen te bereiken.

· Resultaatgerichtheid: Gericht op het verbeteren van prestaties en het maximaliseren van omzet op marketplaces.

· Technische vaardigheden: Comfortabel in het gebruik van technische tools en snel aanpassingsvermogen aan nieuwe systemen.
