AUFGABEN:

* Gesamtverantwortung für den Markt sowie die Führung und Entwicklung des Verkaufsteams

* Motivation, Entwicklung und zielgerichtete Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeiter_innen

* Verantwortung für die Erreichung der definierten Umsatz- und Ertragsziele

* Analyse, Steuerung und Kontrolle relevanter Kennzahlen und betrieblicher Abläufe

* Umsetzung moderner Sortiments- und Marketingstrategien

* Effiziente Steuerung des Warenmanagements inklusive Bestands- und Qualitätskontrolle

* Sicherstellung eines exzellenten Kund_innenservices und einer attraktiven Warenpräsentation

QUALIFIKATIONEN:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Marktleitung, als stellvertretende Marktleitung oder in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition

* Ausgeprägte Führungsstärke mit Vorbildwirkung und Motivationsfähigkeit

* Hohe Service- und Kund_innenorientierung

* Unternehmerisches Denken sowie strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Organisationstalent, Teamgeist und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Hands-on-Mentalität

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse

UNSER ANGEBOT:

ARBEITSZEIT/AUSMASS:

* Vollzeitbeschäftigung im Ausmass von 40 Wochenstunden

* Arbeitzeiten nach Absprache innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten (Montag-Freitag 07:30 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr und Samstag von 08:00 Uhr bis 13:00 Uhr)

* freie Tage nach Vereinbarung
