Wienerberger verfügt über zahlreiche Produktionsstandorte in Europa. In den Niederlanden gibt es 19 Produktionsstandorte mit mehr als 1.000 Mitarbeitern. Wienerberger beschäftigt weltweit mehr als 16.000 Mitarbeiter.

Für die Niederlassung nahe der deutschen Grenze in Tegelen (Kaldenkirchen)suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Maschinen- und Anlagenführer/(m/w/d)

Als Maschinen-und Anlagenführer(m/w/d) in unserem Dachziegelwerk in Tegelen befinden Sie sich in einem fortschrittlichen Produktionsumfeld, in dem Sicherheit, Zusammenarbeit und Innovation immer im Mittelpunkt stehen.

Als Maschinen-und Anlagenführer(m/w/d) arbeiten Sie im Herzen der Dachziegelfabrik.

Sie überwachen den Produktionsprozess, greifen bei Bedarf ein und sorgen gemeinsam mit Ihren Kollegen für eine stabile und sichere Produktion.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Überwachung von Qualität, Sicherheit und Produktionsleistung

• Bedienung, Einstellung, Umrüstung und Kontrolle von Anlagen und Produktionsmaschinen.

• Erkennen und Beheben von Störungen – selbstständig oder gemeinsam mit dem technischen Dienst.

• Durchführung der Anwenderwartung an den Maschinen.

• Gewährleistung der Produktqualität und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz.

Wir erwarten:

• Erfahrung als Maschinenbediener in einer Produktionsumgebung ist von Vorteil

• Technisches Verständnis und Qualitätsbewusstsein

• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtdienst

• Sicher, genau, eigeninitiativ, kollegial und teamfähig

• Gute Beherrschung der niederländischen, deutschen oder englischen Sprache

Wir bieten:

• 3 Tage Frühschicht von 06:00 bis 14:00 Uhr

• 3 Tage Spätschicht von 14:00 bis 22:00 Uhr

• Danach 3 Tage frei

• Im Durchschnitt arbeiten Sie 37 oder 39 Stunden pro Woche.

Der Schichtzuschlag beträgt 28,57 % auf alle geleisteten Arbeitsstunden.

• 24 Urlaubstage pro Jahr .

• Jährliches Urlaubsgeld in Höhe von 8 % des Bruttojahresgehalts

• Bruttogehalt inklusive Zulagen von 3352 € bis 3989 € pro Monat

• Nettogehalt inklusive Zulagen von 2720 € bis 3070 € pro Monat
