Wir sind stets auf der Suche nach authentischen, positiven und engagierten Köpfen für unsere spannenden Jobs. 1 Maschinen und Anlagenwartung m/w/d Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich bei uns

* Regelmäßige Wartung und Reparatur von Maschinen und Anlagen, um deren einwandfreien Betrieb zu gewährleisten.

* Wartung und Reparatur von Peripheriegeräten der Spritzgussanlagen

* Frühzeitige Identifikation und Analyse von Maschinen- und Anlagestörungen (Engel und Arburg)

* Verwaltung und Bestellung von Ersatzteilen und Verbrauchsmaterialien.

* Führen von Wartungs- und Reparaturprotokollen. (IsproNG)

* Durchführung regelmäßiger Sicherheitsprüfungen und Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften.

* Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Verbesserung von Produktionsanlagen und Prozessen.

* Schulung und Unterweisung von Produktionsmitarbeitern im Umgang mit Maschinen.

* Schnelles und effizientes Handeln bei Maschinen- und Anlagenstörungen.

* Zusammenarbeit mit Abteilungen wie Produktion, Anwendungstechnik, Entwicklung, Qualitätssicherung, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Einkauf.

Womit du uns begeistern kannst

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

* Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung, im Bereich Spritzgussmaschinen (Engel und Arburg)

* Gute Kenntnisse in Hydraulik- und Pneumatik Systemen.

* Grundkenntnisse in Elektrotechnik und Elektronik.

* Gute Grundlagenkenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS Office und Instandhaltungssoftware-Lösungen. (Kenntnis von IsproNG von Vorteil)

* Gültiger PKW-Führerschein

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Weltweite Reisebereitschaft für Projektbezogene Inbetriebnahme-Tätigkeiten sowie eventuelle Wartungstätigkeiten bei Kunden.

Gehalt

Das tatsächliche Gehalt ist von deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung abhängig und kann demnach auch deutlich über dem kollektivvertraglichen Mindestbrutto-Monatsgehalt auf Vollzeit-Basis von EUR € 2.948,85 liegen. Darüber sprechen wir, wenn wir voneinander überzeugt sind!
