Die Praher Plastics Austria GmbH mit Sitz in Schwertberg ist internationaler Spezialist in der Entwicklung und Verarbeitung technischer Kunststoffe und beliefert den Industriegroßhandel mit Armaturen und Fittingen in 60 Ländern weltweit. Unsere Hauptmärkte befinden sich in Europa, Nordamerika und Südostasien. Einsatz finden unsere Produkte vor allem in der Wasser- und Abwasseraufbereitung und in der chemischen Industrie. Als Teil der Praher Group beschäftigt die Praher Plastics Austria GmbH am Standort in Schwertberg ca. 230 Mitarbeiter_innen.

Um unser weiteres Wachstum sichern zu können und zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in der Spritzerei, besetzen wir folgende Position: 1 Maschineneinsteller_in in der Spritzerei Ihre Aufgaben:

* Rüsten, Einrichten und Anfahren von Spritzgießmaschinen

* Einstellen und Optimieren von Maschinen- und Prozessparametern

* Bedienung und Überwachung von Spritzgießmaschinen und Peripheriegeräten

* Sicherstellung der Produktqualität und Einhaltung vorgegebener Produktionsziele

* Analyse und Behebung von Störungen

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Kunststofftechnologe_in, Kunststoffformgeber_in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung)

oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Spritzgussbereich

* Erfahrung im Rüsten und Einstellen von Spritzgießmaschinen

* Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Produktionsprozessen

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Grundkenntnisse in MS Office von Vorteil

* Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft

* Bereitschaft zur 3-Schichtarbeit

Für diese Position bieten wir einen Bruttomonatslohn ab € 2.400,- auf Vollzeitbasis (40 Wochenstunden). Die Entlohnung erfolgt gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag für das Holz- und Kunststoffverarbeitende Gewerbe Österreichs. Zusätzlich werden Schichtzulagen für den 3-Schichtbetrieb entsprechend dem tatsächlichen Einsatz vergütet. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
