In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit, uniformiteit en actualiteit van de aankoopgerelateerde master data. Dankzij jouw expertise kunnen verschillende afdelingen rekenen op correcte en betrouwbare informatie voor hun dagelijkse werking.

Jobomschrijving

Als Master Data Officer Aankoop speel je een cruciale rol in het beheren en optimaliseren van de master data binnen de organisatie. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige aanpak beschikken collega's steeds over correcte, uniforme en actuele informatie.

  • Je beheert en optimaliseert aankoop-, leveranciers- en artikelgegevens binnen het ERP-systeem.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van de master data en zorgt voor een consistente datastructuur.
  • Je verwerkt aanvragen voor nieuwe artikelen en leveranciers tijdig en nauwkeurig.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met aankoop, logistiek en andere interne afdelingen om processen en datastromen verder te verbeteren.
  • Je zorgt voor een efficiënte en foutloze gegevensuitwisseling tussen verschillende bedrijfsapplicaties.
  • Je houdt prijsafspraken, leveranciersinformatie en artikelgegevens up-to-date.
  • Je volgt geautomatiseerde koppelingen op en beheert de automatische creatie van artikelgegevens.
  • Je analyseert datakwaliteit, signaleert afwijkingen en werkt proactief verbeteringsvoorstellen uit.
  • Je neemt deel aan projecten rond digitalisering, master data management en operationele efficiëntie.
  • Je documenteert processen en zorgt voor duidelijke procedures en werkinstructies.
  • Je ondersteunt de uitrol van nieuwe systemen, tools en functionaliteiten en helpt mee aan een vlotte implementatie.
  • Je denkt actief mee na over optimalisaties die de kwaliteit van de data en de gebruiksvriendelijkheid van de systemen verder verhogen.

Deze functie biedt een mooie combinatie van databeheer, procesverbetering en interne samenwerking, waardoor je een directe impact hebt op de efficiëntie van de volledige organisatie.

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding met een eerste ervaring in master data via bvb stage of je kan gelijkwaardige ervaring voorleggen binnen master data management, aankoopadministratie of databeheer.
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Daarnaast heb je ervaring met ERP-systemen; kennis van WMS-processen of leverancierskoppelingen vormt een plus.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en denkt procesmatig.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende interne stakeholders.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel en andere courante IT-toepassingen.
  • Tot slot beheers je het Nederlands vloeiend en je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
