Jobomschrijving

Heb je een passie voor mechanica, matrijzenbouw en technisch onderhoud? Werk je graag oplossingsgericht en wil je deel uitmaken van een moderne productieomgeving waar techniek centraal staat?

Voor een internationaal productiebedrijf in de regio Aalst zoeken wij een technisch sterke medewerker die verantwoordelijk wordt voor het onderhoud, herstel en de optimalisatie van spuitgietmatrijzen. Je werkt in een 2-ploegenstelsel (06u-14u en 14u-22u) en draagt rechtstreeks bij aan een efficiënt productieproces.

Als Medewerker Onderhoud Matrijzen zorg je ervoor dat alle matrijzen zich in optimale staat bevinden, zodat de productie zonder onderbrekingen kan blijven draaien.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan spuitgietmatrijzen.
  • Oplossen van technische storingen en uitvoeren van correctieve herstellingen.
  • Wisselen, afstellen en vervangen van inzetstukken tijdens de productie.
  • Herstellen, aanpassen en verbeteren van bestaande matrijzen.
  • Actief meedenken over technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties.
  • Uitvoeren van kleine laswerken (TIG/WIG), draai- en freesbewerkingen met conventionele machines.
  • Nauw samenwerken met productie en technische collega's om stilstanden te beperken.
  • Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieunormen.
  • Mee zorgen voor een nette, veilige en georganiseerde werkplaats.

Jij bent technisch onderlegd en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een technisch diploma in Mechanica, Matrijzenbouw of een gelijkaardige richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring met onderhoud en herstellingen van matrijzen is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van spuitgietmatrijzen en hun werking.
  • Ervaring met conventioneel draaien en frezen is mooi meegenomen.
  • Basiskennis van TIG/WIG-lassen is een plus.
  • Een rolbrugattest of de motivatie om dit te behalen.
  • Een sterk technisch inzicht en een analytische manier van werken.
  • Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Een zelfstandige werkhouding gecombineerd met een echte teamspirit.
  • Flexibiliteit, verantwoordelijkheidszin en een hands-on mentaliteit.
